At WearVariety, we aim to provide the best quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once 12 hours have passed, cancellation requests will not be accepted as the order is already in processing.
- To cancel an order, please contact us with your Order ID.
2. Exchange Policy
We only offer exchanges in the following cases:
- Size-related issues
- Wrong product received
- Damaged or defective product received
To request an exchange, please contact us with your Order ID along with clear images or videos of the product.
Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
All exchanges are subject to product availability.
Shipping charges for exchanges may be applicable.
3. No Refund Policy
- We do not offer cash refunds or returns once the order is placed.
- Refunds to the original payment method are not available.
- Only exchanges are allowed under the conditions mentioned above.
4. Customized / Personalized Products
- Customized or personalized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- In case a customized product is received damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof.
5. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Items purchased during sale or clearance
- Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Standard delivery time is 4–7 working days.
- Delivery time may vary depending on location, demand, or operational delays.
