Thank you for shopping with WearVariety. This Shipping Policy describes how we handle order processing, shipping methods, delivery times, costs, and what happens if orders are delayed or undeliverable.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we typically process orders within 1–2 business days (excluding holidays and weekends).

  • Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing on the next business day.

  • During sale periods or high volume times, processing may take up to 3–4 business days.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We partner with reliable courier services/local postal carriers to deliver your orders. Delivery times depend on your location:

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery location.

  • We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain threshold (e.g. ₹[amount]) — this will be shown at checkout.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for reshipment costs.


4. Dispatch & Tracking

  • As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and details of the courier service.

  • You can use this tracking number to follow your package until delivery.


5. Delays & Exceptions

  • While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occur due to logistical constraints, natural events, holidays, or carrier disruptions.

  • We are not liable for delays beyond our control but will do our best to assist and update you if a delay occurs.

  • If the carrier marks your order as “delivered” but you did not receive it, contact us immediately with your order details so we can investigate.


6. Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage or error.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as per your choice, once the issue is verified.

If your order is lost in transit:

  • We will initiate an investigation with the courier and keep you updated.

  • If confirmed lost, we will either reship the item or refund your purchase.


7. Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an invalid address or refusal upon delivery, we will inform you and arrange reshipment.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

  • If you refuse delivery without valid reason, we may deduct the original shipping cost before issuing any refund.


8. International Shipping
